The Stars Above

This is my first attempt at astrophotography in which i purposefully did NOT have the stars trail off in there perpetual motion in the sky. I had scouted the location a few nights before and had come up with a composition that i was going to use when ever the sky cleared up. Well the night that had clear skies also had a much higher tide so i wasn't able to get the same composition that i had scouted. The glow by the rocks is from the embers of the sunset. if you zoom in too 100% you can see that, yes, the stars still have some trail to them, but not enough to be noticeable at normal viewing distances.
